Additionally, the rooms at this hotel have a little veranda outside, which was a nice feature for my very young kids. The hotel also provides fresh towels, ensuring a comfortable stay.
No improvement needed, everything was great.

The location is unbeatable with its proximity to the station, making it perfect for easy travel. being so close to the centre of town means that everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of local pubs nearby, making it convenient for a night out. All transport to, and, from the city is easily accessible. the rooms are well, equipped, including microwaves in some, and the staff provide excellent service. Free wifi is also a bonus.
The shared bathrooms may not be ideal for those who prefer more privacy.

The room was really clean, tidy and comfortable.
Having to go out of the room to go to the bathroom. I really didn't like having to key in a number to get into the ladies toilet - it would be a lot better to just use your room key.

It was a quaint little old hotel. Loved the decor. The Staff were super friendly and always willing to help out. Loved how it creaked and groaned as we strolled through the hallways. I love old buildings. We loved our stay there and you just felt like you belonged there thanks to the staff. It was a good stay.
The fact that the elevators didn't work, however we were offered help with our luggage. And It was my minor overlook when the toilets and shower were separate from the room itself. Wasn't expecting it until the lady at reception gave us the code for the amenities, then I realised what was meant by 'Shared Bathroom' :) However it wasn't too bad, just got more exercise, so we seen the positive to it.

Location as it can access to any where in Perth.
We were not use to stay in the room with separate bathroom.

My partner and I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just steps away from great restaurants, cafes, and lovely shops. We loved the charm of the hotel, the room decor, and the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our romantic escape even more special. We appreciated that there was a 24-hour front desk service, which gave us flexibility to come and go as we pleased.
We had a delightful stay, but there were a few drawbacks that we noticed during our stay. The hotel was a bit noisy at night, which made it challenging to have a restful sleep.

Location is very good being right in the CBD.
Like most Hotels in Perth, the price is very high for what you get. The lift was also out of order and there did not seem to be much information as to when it was likely to be fixed.

Location of hotel is great, Cleanliness is waw. All pubs & Restaurants just underneath this hotel. It's a good place to stay at.
I booked this hotel through Booked.net, I used my credit card to guarantee my booking & It was refundable room. Usualy when I arrive at hotels to check in they ask me what sort of payment I want to pay, At this hotel, Before I arrived or at the time when I arrived they charged my credit card without asking me, I informed the receptionist that I wanted to pay cash & My card just a guarantee, But she said the room is already paid which I did not like this way. Lift was not working my whole stay, $140 per night & My room was like 10 minutes walk on stairs.
